About The Bands
DAVID ALLAN COE
David Allan Coe became a country legend, landing hits like "The Ride," "Take This Job and Shove It," the #1 blue-collar anthem he wrote for Johnny Paycheck, and the humorous "You Never Even Call Me By My Name," a Steve Goodman / John Prine composition that purports to be the "perfect country and western song." He has written songs for Tanya Tucker (#1 with "Would You Lay with Me in a Field of Stone"), Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. For more information, visit the David Allan Coe website.
SOLAR JUNKYARD
Based in Crested Butte, Colorado, Solar Junkyard was formed in 2005. The band has since become known for solid grooves, highly percussive rhythms, and an explosive live chemistry. Solar Junkyard's energetic, syncopated grooves have earned the band a devoted following. Solar Junkyard has forged a unique sound by mixing original compositions with songs by artists such as Greyboy Allstars, Vinyl, and Beastie Boys. Whatever the tune, the Junkyard plays in the pocket with tight changes utilizing a wide dynamic range, moving easily from solid grooves to epic jams - a recipe that creates a danceable vibe in any room.
LOCAL RED
Local Red plays Classic punk rock covers and a stack of original music. Influenced by bands such as The Ramones, Pennywise, Sublime, NOFX, Social D, and many others. Original music can range from heavy punk rock, right down to a rootin, tootin, stomp’in rockabilly beat, straight into a righteous reggae skank.
STEVE SNYDER
Steve grew up in a musical family and has been playing guitar since about the age of five but was never schooled or trained. “I can’t read a note of music. It comes natural to me.” When he’s learning a new song and hears an unfamiliar chord, he’ll play the notes until he finds the chord. “My ear gets me by.” As does his deep, gritty voice that belts out ballads or rock with relative ease.

Rukus History
“Rukus” started 5 years ago as a small party to honor the birthday of a Rottweiler named Rukus. The event has grown through the years and became the unofficial “largest birthday party for a dog” in the world! This year, we hope to have the Guinness Book of World Records on-site to make Rukus the official “largest birthday party for a dog!”
Come join the fun AND be part of part of history in the making!
(Sorry, the only dog allowed on the premises is Rukus, the guest of honor. Please leave your pets at home.)
